Refund policy

At Perfumery, your happiness comes first.

Returns - 
We offer a 7-day happiness guarantee. If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your order within 7 days of delivery. As long as at least one of the bottles remains unopened and unused. (For example, if you bought 2 perfumes in our Buy 1 Get 1 Free offer, you may still return your order if only one has been opened.)

Refunds - 
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll let you know via email. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

How to start a return - 
Email us at hello@perfumerysa.co.za with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the simple process.
