4. Products & Availability

We do our best to ensure that product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate. However, slight variations may occur due to screen display differences or updates. If a product becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will notify you and offer a replacement or refund.

5. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT unless otherwise stated.
  • Payment methods include secure online payment gateways and EFT.
  • Orders are only processed once full payment has been received.
  • Fraudulent or suspicious transactions may be cancelled and reported.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery times may vary depending on your location. You’ll receive a tracking link once your order has been dispatched. Perfumery is not liable for delays caused by courier services or circumstances beyond our control.

7. Returns & Refunds

We offer a 7-day happiness guarantee. You may return your order within 7 days of delivery if at least one bottle remains unopened and unused. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after inspection and approval. Both bottles cannot be opened for a return to be accepted. To start a return, contact us at hello@perfumerysa.co.za.

All content on this website - including text, images, logos, and designs is owned by Perfumery or its content suppliers. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any material from this site without prior written permission.

Promotions, sales, and discount codes are valid only for the specified duration. Buy 1 Get 1 Free offers apply only to eligible products listed under that promotion and may not be combined with other discounts.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising will be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
