At Perfumery, we work hard to make sure your order reaches you quickly and safely.
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been received. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
Please note: delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or public holidays.
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. We offer free delivery on qualifying promotions or order values where stated.
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS so you can follow your delivery in real time.
If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or no one being available to receive the parcel, the courier will contact you to reschedule. Additional delivery fees may apply in such cases.
If your parcel arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@perfumerysa.co.za with your order number and photos of the package. We’ll assist you immediately to resolve the issue.
